Would it be ok if I sold my account for real life money over ebay??? just wonderin

So in short no,by agreeing the the terms you also agreed to not re-sell it.

And ebay is the worst possible example of this, now if i was selling it a a real life friend, lets say my best friend then, i see it different, i make sure he gets everything he needs,to be able to make it fully his.

I think selling your account on ebay is allowed, tho selling an account for ingame money isn't ><

Sellings accounts is against the EULA.
